In the span of managing communication, we have learned one basic fact – everything revolves around human psychology. In the upcoming phase, we are going to witness a similar phenomenon of machine led sentiments. It will be a huge challenge to decipher the human bit in there. There are few people around yet, conscious of this aspect. Creators of the machine thought process called AI in common, are themselves baffled at how this will shape up. According to them, the machines are ‘smart enough’ to make and take decisions. Not limited to that, these machines bear the competitive spirit too and can leap to satiate their urges to succeed, just like humans! Are we then heading towards a fatal experiment? Because humans have their limits, at least the intelligent ones do.
